SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping methods, packaging and cost :
. Our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
. Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
. We package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
